Shipping

Orders are packed and leave the warehouse within one business day. Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is free on every order over $60. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay — no surprises on the last screen.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans the label. If the tracking has not moved in 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging.

Email support@brixenofc.com with your order number and we send return instructions the same day. Once the return arrives, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping is on us if the item arrived damaged, faulty or simply is not what you ordered. For a change of mind, return shipping is yours.

Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full. You do not have to ship the damaged item back to us.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used personal care items — body brushes, wash mitts, pumice stones and razors that have been taken out of their packaging. Everything else is fair game within the 30 days.
